Air Surge has a flat rate service call fee of $85.00 for diagnosing the issue. If we need to scope the job for a quote and determine the required equipment, we will include the $85.00 charge in your quote. If the customer decides not to go with our services, we will send the $85.00 service charge separately. This policy is a common practice in the service industry and helps cover the cost of diagnosing the issue and providing a quote.

About Us
Abe, the owner, and operator of Air Surge Heating & Cooling. He is a
goal and service-oriented owner, who served his country as a Recon Marine. Near the end of his service in 2004, he realized he wanted to do more for himself and others, so he decided to head off to school. He graduated in 2011 at the top of his class with a 4.0 GPA. Abe has always shown this excellence no matter what he does or did do, and the Marines helped boost his capability for him. The Marines taught Abe to be the best, so ever since then, he tried to carry it throughout his life in anything he does.

I want to comment on Brad’s post because I personally know Abe with Air Surge. I’m sorry you felt the way you did, but he truly does stand behind his work and always does if it is something they have done prior. It sounds like he fixed the leak even after the original owners moved out but they don’t guarantee ductwork if they didn’t install it, just like any other company. Abe has added to his team ...
